The Defendant was charged with serious offences including sexual assault, sexual exploitation, sexual interference on his step daughter. His bail was denied at the Ontario Court of Justice. The bail was opposed on primary, secondary and tertiary grounds.
Our office was retained for an appeal at the Superior Court of Justice. After two long days of hearing and submissions our client was released from custody.
