Sukhi has taught undergraduate engineering students and his engineering experience gives him an added perspective when solving legal issues. Prior to opening his own criminal practice Sukhi worked as a full time Duty Counsel in Criminal Law at the Ontario Court of Justice, where he specialized in conducting bail hearings. After obtaining her BEd university degree, Ms. Baidwan obtained her LLB Degree from Punjabi University, Patiala, India. She is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada and primarily practices in the area of Real Estate Law in the Province of Ontario. Paramjeet is able to provide legal services in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.

Stephanie Tadeo

Stephanie Tadeo

M.A., J.D. (University of Ottawa) Barrister & Solicitor

Ms. Tadeo obtained her law degree from the University of Ottawa. Prior to that, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University and a Master of Arts in Social and Political Thought from York University.

Ms. Tadeo’s primary focus is on family and criminal law. She has an in-depth understanding of family law proceedings, including custody and access, division of property, spousal support claims and divorce. These proceedings can be very stressful for families undergoing the painful process of separation. She has appeared in both Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice for family law matters, including conferences and motions. She is versatile with matters involving the Children’s Aid Society, Office of the Children’s Lawyer and division of propriety.

Ms. Tadeo appeared in criminal courts at the Superior and Ontario Court of Justice, arguing against the Crown to protect her clients’ rights to fairness in the criminal justice system.

Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University.

Rebecca’s primary focus is on criminal and family law. She has an in-depth understanding of criminal proceedings, including police interactions, bail, disclosure issues, crown and judicial pretrials, and trial advocacy. She also has an in-depth understanding of complex family law issues and how these issues intersect with criminal proceedings. She has appeared in both the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice. Rebecca has worked with various non-profit organizations and is passionate about social justice and advocacy. Throughout law school, Rebecca volunteered as a Senior Caseworker at the Community Legal Aid clinic.

Noor Randhawa

Noor holds a college diploma and works as a law clerk. She provides legal support in all practice areas but focuses primarily on Real Estate Law. Noor is able to provide client services in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
