Sukhwant (Sukhi) Baidwan’s Law Practice is primarily focused in the area of Criminal Law. Certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada, Sukhi has the experience and determination to get the best results and to protect your rights and freedoms.
Sukhi attended Dalhousie University law school in Halifax, Nova Scotia, one of Canada’s top ranking law schools (according to Macleans magazine). Sukhi also holds a Masters Degree in Engineering. Sukhi has taught undergraduate engineering students and his engineering experience gives him an added perspective when solving legal issues. Prior to opening his own criminal practice Sukhi worked as a full time Duty Counsel in Criminal Law at the Ontario Court of Justice, where he specialized in conducting bail hearings. Sukhi is able to provide legal services in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
