For most of our regular cases, we offer an efficient flat fee structure. The flat fees provide certainty in knowing the cost up front. It means you know how much your case will cost you. This is done at our meeting ( in our office or zoom). We have to make sure that we can work as a team.
This flat fee includes multiple steps and include set date court appearances, requesting disclosure, review disclosure (the evidence the Crown intends to rely on a trial that is provided in court), requesting further disclosure, conducting pre trial meeting with the Crown, conducting crown and judge meeting ( a.k.a judicial pre-trials) and appearing for your trial from the first trial date until the end of your trial.
The fees and services are always clearly set out in our meeting. Many clients pay their fees in instalments by way of a payment plan.
